Education & Experience
Dr. Weimer graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) and his Master of Science to specialize in orthodontics. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander and dental surgeon.
Dr. Weimer previously served as a professor and chairman of the Orthodontic Residency Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He currently serves as a clinical professor at the University of Colorado Medical Center.
He has served as a member of the National Council on Education for the American Association of Orthodontists, president of the Colorado Orthodontic Association, and trustee for the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. He regularly attends regional and national orthodontic educational programs to remain at the forefront of his field.
